Ron Founded EverCompliant after he has worked with Sanctum inc and Watchfire Inc. (Acquired by IBM) where he led the company's compliance initiatives. Ron has defined and was in charge of all compliance aspects of the award wining compliance module for the companys flag product AppScan. AppScan compliance module has won the SCMagazine Excellence award for best regulatory compliance solution.
Prior to Watchfire, Ron served as an advocate in the Israeli prime minister legal department.
Mr. Noam Rabinovitch, Bsc (Computer Science), BA(Economics)

Noam joined EverCompliant after serving in an IDF elite intelligence unit, where he led various development projects.
Mr. Rami Nissan, BA (Computer Science, Economics), MBA, CISA,
VP of Audit and Control
For the last 5 years, has held the position of senior consultant for information systems control and audit with a focus on IS audits and implementation of IT standards and regulations (SOX, ISO, CMMI, etc) in a leading auditors firm. For 3 years, Rami was also IS Senior Auditor at the MOD internal auditor office. Rami has more than 20 years of experience developing information systems for the IDF (programmer, system analyst, project manager and senior manager).
